Add a buster image #172

Looking forward to this ;-) as this might help us solving our Persian automation troubles ^^.

Thanks for your message. See my comment on issue #168 about Persian support...

The move to buster is complicated. this is our second attempt and we're seriously considering switching to alpine. Debian stretch will be maintained for a while but there's no guarantee we will support Buster...
