Add the ability to destroy all plans easily #600

Hello

I think a good feature could be to add a button "destroy all" with the same modal as for one destroy, to destroy all plans.

Are you using explain.dalibo.com? Should a "destroy all" feature go there?

FYI, explain.dalibo.com does use PEV2. But PEV2 can also be used in a standalone "browser only" application.

Yes I am using it and would love to destroy easily my plans.
