Markdown tables don't look good #2

Halfmoon supports tables but they need the table class to look nice. Figure out if there is a way for micromark-gfm to automatically add this class to tables it generates.

Perhaps in the future I can make the gfmTableClassHtml micromark extension take a variable class. However this looks nice enough for now.
