Add functionality to 'Add funds' button #130

When clicking the Add funds button, ideally, the user should be provided the option of watching a video to increase their wallet balance. This functionality may only be possible via a service like IronSource. This also may mean that this feature will only be possible on mobile.

Since the add course feature has been added this is no longer a major priority
