Strategize ways to handle waiting on async to finish #297

The app is moving towards doing things asynchronously and updating via WS. We need to have a way to handle these waits on the user side. Otherwise they are kinda clueless as to whats going on.

This will be handled with refresh buttons in the component content widget header extras
