Email Field in profile should be readonly for edits #21

If an user edits the email in his profile, and the newly entered email doesn't match the email registered with github, he wont be able to log in to the website.

I commented in your PR, but this exposes an issue which currently exists where their email essentially can't change since we don't resync it with GitHub if they change it from within GitHub.
