Since the efficiencies were too low, I checked to see what the problem was. Sometimes the first copy of a gen lepton was reconstructed and sometimes the last copy was reconstructed. I accounted for this, however, the kinematics will be different if in between the first and last copy, the lepton emits photons. I'm working on plots to see if this is a significant impact.

The numerator is the number of gen muons that get reconstructed whether they're first or last copy, and the denominator is the total number of last copy muons that come from a Z to mumu decay.

This time, I've included an |eta| < 2.4 cut on both the numerator and denominator of the efficiency plots
