Since the efficiencies were too low, I checked to see what the problem was. Sometimes the first copy of a gen lepton was reconstructed and sometimes the last copy was reconstructed. I accounted for this, however, the kinematics will be different if in between the first and last copy, the lepton emits photons. I'm working on plots to see if this is a significant impact.

The numerator is the number of gen electrons that get reconstructed whether they're first or last copy, and the denominator is the total number of last copy electrons that come from a Z to ee decay.
This time I've included an |eta| < 2.4 cut on both the numerator and denominator of the efficiency plots Ztoee_eff_pt.pdf Ztoee_eff_eta.pdf Ztoee_eff_dxy.pdf Ztoee_eff_lxy.pdf Ztoee_resVsPt_pt.pdf Ztoee_resVsEta_pt.pdf Ztoee_resVsDxy_pt.pdf Ztoee_resVsLxy_pt.pdf Ztoee_resVsPt_dxy.pdf Ztoee_resVsEta_dxy.pdf Ztoee_resVsDxy_dxy.pdf Ztoee_resVsLxy_dxy.pdf
Here are the Z to ee reco efficiency plots, binned to compare it to the EGamma POG plots
