Since the GenLepton collection requires the first copy of a particle, I plotted the difference in the GenPart parameters available for the last copy vs its respective first copy. These plots are for the same gridpoint in Runs 2 and 3. In summary, we see large differences in pt, eta, and phi, but for the vertex, there is no difference, or my bins are not small enough. Either way, I need to verify this.
I also plan to recreate these with the background samples since that's where the GenLepton collection, and hence the lepton veto, is used.
