Reassign Ubuntu-LI /uniE0FF to the correct Unicode value
Strip several box drawing glyphs in all Mono fonts from their .001 suffix and assign Unicode value
The GF version has a Mac cmap table, which I'll ignore as per Cosimo's recommendation.
The Mono fonts feature SF540000.001 and SF530000.001, both without Unicode values even in the GF version. They seem to be dead glyphs, originally intended to be stylistic alternatives? Their form doesn't appear in the official Unicode chart.
