Add "release" target #50

Copies fonts to the GF name and adds a LICENSE.file.

Next steps: run fontbakery and on success, zip a release. First needs a way to exclude tests in fontbakery because ftxvalidator or whatsitcalled is only available on macOS(?!).

Might need refining (eg. naming of UFL.txt; plus the heavyweight directory deletion + recreation (vs. mkdir -p), but happy to merge for the moment. Thanks!

Directory removal to prevent accidentally inconsistency. Not enough make-fu to know what can go wrong.
