feat(port): add tilix - Githubissues

This PR: added port to Tilix, a tiling terminal app for Linux.

Regarding the main README changes: how do I add the Tilix logo, since the existing ones seem to point to another repo you own?

@daltonmenezes my bad, I had passed previewURL to the wrong function and nothing had changed on build. Fixed now!
