[Chrome Theme] Visibility issue on back/forward buttons

With high resolution, the buttons are pretty small and it's hard to distinguish if they are active or not

the difference between a "greyed out" button and an active button is too low IMO, its barely noticeable from afar

Hi @Araxeus , I'm using Chrome on macOS, the buttons should be green. Could you provide more information about your operating system and Chrome version, please? I don't understand why your buttons are gray!

Honestly pretty weird, after restarting my pc it seems to be fixed and back to green
