Port for Kitty terminal #41

I use Kitty terminal and Fish shell. I'm working on the Fish shell port so I was thinking I might work on a Kitty port as well.

@FelipeRosa Also, I believe you can benefit from making this port using terminalConversion from the colorHandlers object.

Take a look:
