Add default styles and templates for the bar

1/ Why does the styling of the bar differ across computers? 2/ Why does the bar impose a minimum height on some computer

Re: 2, could you try if this https://github.com/dalyIsaac/Whim/commit/ee44d2dff5218ccdc496430138140c403ad2e59d enforces the configured height on the bar (so the bar gets clipped rather than increasing in height)

Re 1/ What's your text size setting?

Setting this to anything above 150% or so makes my bar crop with the default layout
