Placing Calls:
POST /voice/call/connect/ outgoingNumber=[number to  
call]&forwardingNumber=[forwarding  
number]&subscriberNumber=undefined&remember=0&_rnr_se=[pull from page]

Canceling Calls:
POST /voice/call/cancel/  
outgoingNumber=undefined&forwardingNumber=undefined&cancelType=C2C&_rnr_se=[pull

Sending an SMS:

Hey, does this already work. I didn't find a way to send a SMS via Google Voice 
using the SMSdroid and WebSMS software.

did not start anything. because gvoice is still not accessable from here.
the websms-api allows anybody to implement the connector.

i do have an account, but google prevents me from using it.
gv might come to europe soon..
