[JOSS] Add authors' contributions section in the draft manuscript #301

Following a suggestion on the JOSS submission review, a new section regarding the authors' contributions should be added to the draft manuscript.

The section "Acknowledgments" has been updated to "Authors contribution statement and acknowledgments" and now includes the authors' contributions based on the CRediT taxonomy.
