No Signature Option #9

There is no option for me to insert my signature after pulling up the add-on tab and clicking on Simple Signature. The only option I am given is Help

Hello and sorry for the delayed answer. Have you tried to reload the page / document after add-on installation?

I reloaded page and nothing still. Just blank.
