Now that the folder structure of the master branch is compatible with Boards Manager, there is no need for the source files in the ide-1.6.x-boards-manager branch which can now be used solely for the
Boards Manager JSON file.
This pull request goes with https://github.com/damellis/attiny/pull/95 (I had to create two because they are for different branches) which contains a more thorough explanation of the purpose.
