Create an average marker and try to modify its colour crashes Mokka 0.6 #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an acquisition in Mokka 0.6
2. Select markers and use the tools "Tools > Markers > Create Average Marker" 
3. Select the marker in the explorer, modify the colour of the average marker
4. Mokka crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The colour should be modified and visible in the explorer as well as in the 3D 
views.

I tried to replicate this bug several time on different computers and OS 
without success. 

This issue is then closed and tagged as "CannotReproduce". If you have this 
problem and you are able to reproduce it systematically, please re-open this 
issue.
