Event's labels used in cycles definition are not updated #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an acquisition
2. Add a new event with a label not in the list of labels available for the 
definition of the cycles
3. Open the Cycle definition manager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new label is not added in the list of event used to define a cycle. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
