I have RISE installed on a jupyter 4.0.4 installation on Windows8 (part of an Anaconda/Python3 installation).
I managed to print to PDF using instructions on your blog at http://www.damian.oquanta.info/posts/a-little-hack-to-get-a-pdf-from-your-ipython-slides.html and inti pedrosos' ipy_hide_input script.
However, the PDFs created have no theme applied (I select Sky in my livereveal.js). Whilst this is fine for printing, I'd really like to be able to post a coloured PDF of my slides.
Any idea why the theme is not taken into account when printing?
I have not tested printing from RISE for some time... I will try to do it soon and give you feedback...
