If I have a slow machine (lots of browser tabs) and am scrolled down a notebook when I launch a slideshow, it can be a messy start:
Would it make sense to blank the screen, or whiteout the screen, when the user clicks to start the slideshow, and then unblank when the first slide has fully loaded?
