How to add Third Party Plugins from Reveal.js #570

Would it be possible to add plugins (https://github.com/hakimel/reveal.js/wiki/Plugins,-Tools-and-Hardware)? Perhaps it is already possible, but I do not know how to do it****

We have actually integrated the chalkboard plugin... and it was not trivial to add a new plugin, but we should probably write a dev document about this for the ones interested to integrate new capabilities.
