Map <ESC> by default in the presentation mode #583

It would be a very natural behavior that <ESC> returns to a normal (editing) mode from the presentation mode. Although it would be possible to configure using a custom keymap, but I do not see any reason it shouldn't be a default key mapping.

well, one obvious reason is that Esc means something for Jupyter already... so it seems like this suggestion, although very welcome, could use a little more elaboration :)
