Create a document depicting the current work discussed at meetings and reading through other papers and the book written by Lewis and Miller. Use this document to relay current understanding of theory for one-dimensional transport as well as ensure project scope is unanimous.

Draft of outline has been made. Before further work is done, discussion of scope of paper is desired.
