Update templates according xview-php markup-tags

Once xfm-php will have integrated xview-submodule (see xfm-php issue), update .tpl files to use the xView-markup-tags for better readability.

Question: does adding 'xview-php' submodule within 'xfm-php' submodule create a big overhead?

TODO first:

• Implement the PHP-side of a view concept in xview-php
• Assess compatibility with scripts/deploy/database.php using a xView to template SQL files
