Bootstrap override not taken into account by xScript #4

The user is allowed to extend the basic xBootstrap to fit her needs. public/index.php is therefore modified to use the user-extended bootstrap class.

However, the xScript, if not modified, will continue to use the basic xBootstrap (see xScript::setup_bootstrap()).

This has to be fixed.
