Attached is a patch to show a second label on the listview facade.

Possible values are year, runtime, genre or score points. You can also disable 
this feature.

Tentatively set for 1.1.5 release. If the changes prove relatively risk free it 
will stay there otherwise it will go to 1.3. 

Not included in this patch but skin files need to add <textXOff2> to the facade 
control.

Added new skin property: #MovingPictures.Settings.SecondFacadeLabel

Skinners can use this to prevent duplication of user chosen field in skin view 
using skin expressions. r1359
