MyVideos (Local) Data Provider does not retrieve all fields from the MyVideos database #1026

When importing a title using the MyVideos (Local) Data Provider, some fields 
are not retrieved even if the fields exist in the MyVideos database.

The missing data is as follows;-

1. Writers
2. Certification
3. Coverart.

This is tested using Moving Pictures 1.2..2.1290 and Mediaportal 1.2 Beta (and 
SVN's up to 1.1.7.27992).

To reprodce simply try to import a title which you know has a complete record 
in the videos database with ONLY the MyVideos (Local) Data Provider selected in 
Moving Pictures for both "Covers" and "Movie Details".

Screencaps attached illustrating the problem using Avatar as an example.
