Add User Interface for Adjusting Thumbnail Size #1038

After Issue #655 it is now possible to adjust the size of generated thumbnails 
via the Advanced Settings dialog. We should also add a control on the config 
panel to allow users to easily adjust this. Maybe a slider with small medium 
and large settings?

Attached is a patch to show slider at the importer config tab. The thumbs will 
also delete if the size changed. So no user action is required anymore.
