IMDb v2.1.5 - Fixes "IMDb - " title prefix problem #1040

Attached is v2.1.5 with adjustment to remove "IMDb - " prefix from title if it 
exists.

2.1.6 still seems to be leaving "imdb" in the "Sort by" field
