Re-Design Default skins Movie Details view #1041

Create a Hidden Menu for movie details view which include access to 3rd party 
plugins and extra features added down the track.

IMDb Trailer
Subtitles
Trakt Shouts
Trakt Rate

Button Group should be using new skin feature to prevent gaps when plugin is 
not installed.

So this would be on detail view instead of having to hit right and look at the 
side menu?  If so I will add a * ;)
