Extra variable for scraper scripts #1048

It would be nice if the MediaPortal data folder would be available for usage 
inside scraper scripts.

${scripts.mepo_data} or something

The folder is different between XP and Vista/Win7 users, and can also be 
adjusted by a user, which is why a scraper script needs extra help locating the 
folder.

Will add as "settings.mepo_data" which should resolve to the directory 
containing the databases and thumbs folders.
