Moving Pictures is a movies plug-in for the MediaPortal media center application. The goal of the plug-in is to create a very focused and refined experience that requires minimal user interaction. The plug-in emphasizes usability and ease of use in managing a movie collection consisting of ripped DVDs, and movies reencoded in common video formats supported by MediaPortal.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Tries installing newest Media Portal and newest Moving Pictures on 2 win7
machines. I have movies on network drive and they do not flow into Moving
Pictures
2.I have 2 older machines in Vista and XP and it works fine there
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wish to see the movies list and compile in the Movie Importer. I do usually
get 1 out 250 movies to appear but that is it. All the movies are in
sub-folders arranged as Genre's (western, drama, action, etc).

What version of Moving Pictures are you using? What version of MediaPortal? I
tried newest 1.2.3 and 1.1.5 but problem same on both
What Skin? Not sure/default skin

Log files would help, in debug mode.

Or you can ship your computers to a developer, so they can recreate what you
are experiencing for themselves. That's what log files are for, to allow a
developer to see what is happening for you without requiring you to ship your
computers.

By default log files are in 'info' mode, which give a minimalistic amount of
information. It is almost never enough info, so you have to use 'debug' mode.
