Moving Pictures causes TV to stutter badly and GUI to be unresponsive #1056

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MP with Moving Pictures enabled
2. Start TV

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

TV is very stuttery and the GUI is very unresponsive after stopping TV. There 
are also a lot of "Dropping Sample" messages in the evr.log

What version of Moving Pictures are you using? What version of MediaPortal?
What Skin?

v1.2.3.1329, MP 1.2.1, StreamedMP
