New version of Icelandic translation and scraper based on IMDB+ #1061

Hi guys,
Updated Icelandic translation.  And I took Rochess IMDB+ scraper and updated to 
use with kvikmyndir.is website.  Hope he doesn't mind.  Forgot to ask 
permission.  If Rochess doesn't agree, you just leave the scraper out.

Thanks for a great plugin.

I don't mind, but did you look at the IMDb+ scraper? because I already included 
kvikmyndir.is support. It's just not for titles yet, only summary, genres and 
language.

I'm still working on fixing 350 multiple used titles for the rename database, 
but after that is done I plan to fix foreign support on titles and include 
localized support on the rename+group system.

You can select 'Icelandic' via the IMDb+ plugin, which also auto-updates the 
IMDb+ scraper-script when I release a new version with proper foreign title 
support later.

No I didn't look for the kvikmyndir.is support in your scraper.
That's brilliant.  We prefer to use the english title instead of the
icelandic one, so I will look into the IMDB+ scraper.

I integrated the new translation file into r1339. The new import script seems 
to return english results for me though. In r1339 I updated the old kvikmyndir 
script. It still is missing actors and a few similar fields, but the IMDb 
script fills in the gaps now.

The IMDb+ scraper from RoChess works instead of the kvikmyndir.is scraper.  So 
I will look into his scraper if something changes at the kvikmyndir.is website.
