Semi-Automatic Genre Grouping #1078

It is very common to get multiple versions of what are essentially the same 
genre. For example "Sci-Fi" and "Science Fiction". These should be 
automatically grouped.

Additionally there are many genres that are basically the same, for example 
Action and Adventure. It would probably not be appropriate to automatically 
merge these but it would be nice if this were an option.

We should add a configurable system that allows the user to group genres 
together. We should have a few presets (like the sci-fi example) but the user 
should be able to edit these and of course add new grouping rules. The system 
should not overwrite the existing genres field so that when the rule system 
changes, existing movies benefit from the change.
