Select All using 'Ctrl+A' in MovingManager list #1080

Sometimes its quite fiddly using the keyboard/mouse on a HTPC (particular when 
they are integrated as one unit). Ctrl+A would definitely help in selecting all 
movies in the moviemanager list when needed.
