consider media file size as a filter to give remote sources a better support #1083

like the topic says

i would love to see a possible filter setting that takes the file size into 
consideration

when adding remote sources that have to be transfered over the internet, only a 
few people have the bandwith to transfere full HD 20gb++ files
the 1080 / 720 / SD labels also never imply the real file size
which is making it a blind try and guess to find out, what movie will run

setting up a filter like this: 

full path - contains - "XYZ"
&& 
file size - smaller than - 4000 MB

would be a great improvement.

FileSize is now being collected, so this can be possible now to add.
