Add advanced cover options (Booklet, CD Print) for DVD media #111

this is actually not a very important enhancement but i wanted to jot this
down anyway.

http://www.freecovers.net/ provides a lot of (custom) DVD/Bluray/HDDVD
cover media including cd prints. The problem is that we would need to cut
the front cover from a complete booklet cover - or display only a portion
of the booklet image. A future implementation would be to use the whole
cover if the skin engine supports it to simulate a real dvd box to view
front and back of the dvd.
