Installing with MPEI: Please close MediaPortal issue #1116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open MediaPortal Extension Installer 
2. find moving picture 
3. try to install
4. The program will unpack and start installing
 but ask for closing Media Portal ( not running)

What is the expected output? 
should install
What do you see instead?
please close "media Portal"

What version of Moving Pictures are you using? 
I have installed 1.4.2 1430 
trying to install the new version 1.5 from MediaPortal Extension Installer. 
The update button is missing.

What version of MediaPortal?
1.3 RC
What Skin?
Titan 1.3.0.1

( running windows 7 64 bits Danish version )

Please attach a screenshot and logs if possible. When submitting log files

Wont be a problem now that we have a native MPEI.
