Movie Rating dialog broken in MP 1.4.0 #1132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to Mediaportal 1.4.0 (I understand that only 1.3.x is officially 
supported at this time)
2. Attempt to rate a movie from MovingPictures

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rating dialog box should popup, however, the popup doesn't appear.

What version of Moving Pictures are you using? What version of MediaPortal?
What Skin?
MediaPortal 1.4.0
MovingPictures 1.5.1

This seems to be due to this change in 1.4.0 (Togglebutton control replaced 
with Checkbutton control) which is used in Cornerstone.MP

Logs: Mediaportal doesn't generate any logs when this happens, nor is there 
anything to take a screenshot of.

Yes this is a known issue and will have it compatible with MP 1.4 for next 
release.
