Add skin indicator for whether a movie is currently online #271

With better support for offline DVDs and removable media it would be useful 
to provide the skin with information about whether the currently selected 
movie is available or not. Two things could be provided:

1) A dummy label that is visible when the currently selected movie is 
online.

2) Some way for the facade to display a movie title in a different text 
color in list view for movies that are offline/online.
