Skin Properties should all be cleared when entering the plugin #613

Sometimes if the plugin is slow to start up and view categories you can see
all the skin properties are uninitialized e.g.

#MovingPictures.CurrentNode.Name instead of " "

I have worked around this issue in the Streamed-MP skin so I think this can 
slip v0.8.0

How complicated and /or cumbersome is the work around. In your opinion Damien,

It wasn't very complicated, but I did need to use a MediaPortal 1.1.0 skin 
function
to resolve it for some of the controls that exhibited the problem.
