Moving Pictures is a movies plug-in for the MediaPortal media center application. The goal of the plug-in is to create a very focused and refined experience that requires minimal user interaction. The plug-in emphasizes usability and ease of use in managing a movie collection consisting of ripped DVDs, and movies reencoded in common video formats supported by MediaPortal.

After moving a category node with custom filter, it's sub items are gone #923

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new node 0.png
2. Add a filter for path 1.png
3. 2.png and 3.png display the result
4. !!! After moving the node all it's sub items are gone 4.png
5. Even closing the category manager and reopening it (5.png and 6.png) do not
re add the items.
If I open the EditFilter window again and preview the result there all movies
are listed (2.png), but still not listed in categories treeview (6.png).

What version of Moving Pictures are you using? What version of MediaPortal?
What Skin?
MovingPictures: 1.1.0:1177, build on my own
MediaPortal: latest svn, build on my own
Skin: aMPed

Pretty sure Issue #885 is the same problem. The text to reproduce is very
helpful there but screenshots are useful here. So text from 885 pasted below:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new movie category menu item to top level
2. Rename it to "Just Added"
3. Add Filter "Date Added" + "is greater than" + "-2d"
4. Use [+] to view to verify you have some movies added recently
5. Create a new movie category menu item to top level
6. Select this "New Node 1" menu and create a new empty menu item "New Node 2"
(so it becomes a sub menu) and setup some silly filter
7. Drag and drop the "Just Added" item into node from step 5 as well, by making
sure the node is highlighted
8. Verify that the "Just Added" item still shows same results from step 4
9. Now drag and drop "Just Added" to be above the item from step 6 (shows line)
0. Expand "Just Added" via [+] again and you will see the results are different
now

The Up/Down arrows work fine, but one would expect that drag and drop will work
as well

This is indeed the same problem as described in Issue #885.
