"Display info about my device" not launching #12

Installed, service is running and systray icon is there. All the menu items work as expected except "Display info about my device", which does nothing. Where would I start looking? The only log file I found was the one below.

I also have this error after installing. Everything else works part from the 'Display info about my device' @damienvanrobaeys
