Does Not Persist On Feature Updates #53

If possible, it would be nice to get this built into an executable or something so that it can persist feature updates and I don't need to re-install.

This has nothing to do with any executable or anything. The reason it doesnt persist feature upgrades is because the install scripts modifies some values in the registry, that are usually set to default when performing a feature upgrade.

Right, actually feature update can delete some existing content added to operating system. This is the native behavior of windows meaning the tool can't be keep as persist
