Waiting for MAVLink heartbeats... after Copter 2.2 update #26

1. After updating to "MinimOSD-Extra Copter 2.2"
2. Connect to APM 2.5
3. MinimOSD gets stuck to "Waiting for MAVLink heartbeats...

Reflashing with the older 2.1 will not help. 2.1 used to work earlier.

The HW version is MinimOSD 1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
