I haven't thought of it before, so I gave it a try today - with no success. I focused on using JetBrains dotCover which is bundled with TeamCity and seems to be the only coverage tool with support for Windows Store applications. Inside Visual Studio it worked immediately, but I can't get it to work in TeamCity; at least not for Windows Store applications. I posted an issue with JetBrains: https://youtrack.jetbrains..... Hopefully they'll respond to it.
